Our Functional Lab Analysis service combines selected laboratory testing with expert clinical review and personalized interpretation. This service is intended to support your overall health and wellness goals, but it is not intended to be a substitute for comprehensive medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you don’t see a panel that includes the markers you’d like, you may request a custom panel or VIP consultation. All lab work must be ordered and reviewed in a manner consistent with applicable CLIA standards and state regulations when required.
How it Works
Order Your Panel
Once you purchase a panel, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your blood draw at a Quest lab.
Get Your Blood Drawn
Visit the lab facility for specimen collection at your convenience.
Submit Intake Information
Complete an intake form in your patient portal with relevant health history and any current medications or concerns.
Receive Your Analysis
Within approximately 2 weeks of receipt of your test results, you will receive a comprehensive interpretive report and personalized recommendations from a clinician.
Lab Analysis is intended for general health and wellness, and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment of any specific disease or condition.

Clinical Review & Interpretation
Your lab results are reviewed by a qualified clinician as part of the service. This review includes:
A personalized interpretation of your biomarkers
Identification of possible areas of imbalance
Suggestions for lifestyle, dietary, or therapeutic considerations
This service is not a clinical diagnosis or treatment plan. If your results indicate abnormal findings or suggest the need for medical evaluation, you may be advised to schedule a clinical consultation with a licensed provider.

Limitations & Important Notes
Functional Lab Analysis is intended to support wellness and risk stratification, and is not for diagnosing disease or making treatment decisions in isolation.
Results and recommendations should be discussed with your clinician if you have complex medical conditions or are on multiple medications.
The lab tests are processed by a third-party CLIA-certified laboratory; all clinical decisions about order appropriateness are made in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

By enrolling in a Functional Lab Analysis, you consent to the ordering, processing, and clinical interpretation of laboratory tests, and acknowledge that:
Results will be communicated electronically via the patient portal.
Any recommended follow-up care or treatment decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified clinician.
This service is delivered via telehealth tools consistent with applicable telehealth standards.
