MCAS Program Refill & Follow-Up Options

If you are an existing patient, you have two ways to proceed. Please review the options below and select the one that best applies to your situation.

If you are not an existing patient, please visit our MCAS Program page.

Submit a Refill Request for Provider Review ($89)

If you are an established MCAS Program patient and are clinically stable with no new concerns, you may submit a refill request for provider review.

You may submit a refill request if:

  • You have previously completed consultations with Jade AND Dr. Zalzala

  • You are tolerating your current medication(s) and dose(s) without significant side effects

  • You do not have new symptoms or medical changes requiring evaluation

After submitting your refill request, please allow up to 4 business days for processing before contacting our office or your pharmacy.

Please wait a full 4 business days from the time you submit your refill request before reaching out for status updates.
Pharmacies will contact you directly once processing is complete.

Schedule a Follow-Up Visit ($99 or $145)

A follow-up visit is recommended if you have new symptoms, side effects, questions about your current plan, or if it has been a while since your last clinical review. This appointment allows Dr. Z to assess your current status, review your response to treatment, and determine whether continuing or adjusting your plan is medically appropriate.

A follow-up may be appropriate if:

  • You are experiencing side effects or tolerability concerns

  • You want to discuss dose changes or a different formulation

  • Your medical history, medications, or health status has changed

  • You have questions that require clinical guidance

Visit details:

  • Cost: $99 or $145 depending on chosen provider

  • Format: Telehealth (phone or video)

*Follow-up visits are for evaluation and medical decision-making. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and are not guaranteed.
