What now?

Please check your email for an invitation to join our Patient Portal. Once you have registered, you will have access to the video chat for your appointment. If you have not registered within the portal by the time of your appointment, we will call you on the phone number provided. However, prescriptions cannot be called in until you are registered within the patient portal.

Patient Portal Registration

Please check your inbox at the email you used when booking your appointment. You should see an email with an image that looks like the photo to the left. Click the “Activate My Account” button within your email and get started!
